Following a successful financial calendar and in appreciation of its sales effort for 2013, Fidson Healthcare Plc hosted its Staff to a glamorous event of the 2013 annual Sales and Marketing Conference and award presentation.
The conference which took place from 9th of January, witnessed the convergence of the company’s sales force across the nation; in a bid to chart a new course for the organisation in 2014. This is also as part of efforts to appreciate the sales team for a successful 2013, as well as to create a different environment for brainstorming on the company’s strategic approach for the coming year.
The session also centered on other areas of the company’s operations, particularly in connection with its marketing and Customer Relations Management approaches, with which it plans to further e stablish its customer loyalty and retention, as well as gain new customers. This is in line with the company’s plan to further entrench its position as a leading pharmaceutical company in Nigeria.
The conference was however followed by the Sales Awards ceremony, in which North 1 Region emerged the Best Region in 2013; while Eastern Region won the Overall Division of the Year, as well as Standing Ovation award for the Division of the Year 2013.
Other individual award winners are Yemi Oladunjoye, Best Delta Representative and Best Cestra representative; Lanre Egunlaye, Best Gemma Representative; Naomi Mavalla, Best Beta Representative; Gbenga Olaleye, Best Alfa Representative and Dora Igwe, Best Overall Representative.
